The Sun Forgot to Cry

May it be known to the heavens,

In the vast space that nurtures the world,

Every detail that speaks of life,

Became astray,

In between the chaos and the turbulent mind,

I must tell thee,

That the sun forgot to cry,

It failed to discern the tearful sky,

Whose pain was imposed by a lost paradise,

One that never had a chance to shine,

Where stars deflected their light,

Amongst the darkness, they surrendered,

Forevermore,

Let them know in the forests and lands,

The sun forgot to cry,

It did not shed a tear,

Or feel the earth’s heart,

May it be remembered,

The sun did not weep.
