The Melody Of My Broken Heart

Photo by Denny Müller on Unsplash

There is a melody,

Emanating from my broken heart,

Gently touching the notes of life,

Where tears fall from the heavens above.

The rythym of my soul,

Plays beneath the midnight sun,

My mind eludes the dying night,

As my withering breath

Holds on to the light of stars.

The woeful music sings amongst

Shattered words,

As hope is crippled,

Faltering all future dreams.

The tune of my broken heart,

Is vanquished in memories of old,

Alluding to the space

Of painful resonance,

And bitter lyricism.

I declare this symphony

To dance in harmony

With the voice of resilience,

Until happiness is declared

By the theme of all truths.
