I have ventured into the realms of life,

Walked this earth and swam through the tides,

The light of dawn captured my heart,

As each restless moment led me to the dark,

My soul has gathered the sounds of beauty,

In a place where flowers wither and die,

What am I without you?

I cannot fathom truth without your voice,

Or happiness in the absence of your smile,

I cannot breathe the air of joy,

Away from the moments of your time,

If you are not here,

Everything succumbs to mundanity.

You are the ever-lasting reason,

Of why I believe in love.
