I stood beside you, on that special day,

Promised to protect you,

And keep you safe from harms way,

Every ounce of my being believed in us,

Our story was created with love,

Sealed by the hands of fate.

Life was beautiful, and serene,

We were one, amidst the perrils,

Joy was welcomed in our home,

I never once, felt alone.

The days were filled with laughter,

You were my sunshine,

And my forever after,

The final port, a faithfull friend,

Love of my life, untill the end.

I adored every part of you,

Your imperfections, and mistakes,

It was all beautiful,

But then everything changed.

The vows we made were broken,

And lies took their place,

Our house became a stranger,

Emptiness was the only guest.

I felt so lost and confused,

How could something so precious,
